The Governance, Risk Management and Compliance features are available to customers who have purchased the GRC module of the Brandle Presence Manager. Brandle is designed to be flexible and configurable to meet a wide array of compliance needs, including:
- Corporate Compliance (such as social media and employee policies)
- Brand standards (such as logo use in avatars or referenced websites)
- Regulatory guidelines for regulated businesses (such as FFIEC, FDA, TTB guides)
All activities for GRC are conducted in the GRC Tab. From this tab, you can view information by POPs or by Contact. Each customer defines and configures the GRC Criteria to be monitored and GRC Issues to communicate with POP owners. Once Brandle is set-up to meet your needs, you work on your GRC activities for POPs and Contacts with the GRC Table.
The table shows you a great deal of information regarding the compliance levels of your corporate and third party POP Inventory (and the Contacts that own them, such as employees). You can view information for your entire inventory in the GRC Table or you can search and present POPs that are associated with a Tag.

The GRC Reports generated from the Brandle Presence Manager are designed to help you demonstrate which social media POPs are currently compliant, which are not, and where you are in process of gaining 100% Compliance.
Each company defines their own Criteria and Issues within the module so "GRC" can apply to corporate compliance (such as policies), Brand standards (such as correct logo use for avatars), or regulatory compliance for regulated industries.
For regulated industries, this task is critical and delivering reports to Risk and Compliance Officers, as well as State or National regulatory bodies, is an important piece of corporate risk management.
