Corporations have monitoring, publishing, and governance tools as part of their MarTech stack. However, there is often a different team working on governance than the marketing team monitoring, engaging, and publishing to accounts. The governance team often does not have access to the monitoring tools, and the set-up of those tools is not to necessarily monitor for compliance issues within the posts. Additionally, there has not been a governance tool, until Brandle, that monitors if your corporate publishing tool is being used or if employees are posting outside corporate policy (and posting natively, or using simpler tools).
This is what POP POst Governance does for our customers. POP POst Governance includes:
- POP POsts Monitoring. This allows the compliance or governance team to apply criteria to posts, and be alerted when a post fails criteria. Brandle also keeps the recent 7days of posts for quick review.
- POP POst Source allows you to review the SOurce of the post
- POP POst Publisher is the view that lists which POPs and POsts are being published to the network for specific publishing tools.
Due to the breadth of the feature and new relationship with Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn APIs, this new feature is an additional fee. As usual, Facebook does require valid User and/or POP OAuth tokens to retrieve this information and now Twitter requires valid POP OAuth tokens. LinkedIn will require valid POP Oauth as well for each POP.
