Every table within the Brandle Presence Manager is set to a specific default view so that you can quickly see the most important data for your POPs. However, you can customize Views by adding or removing columns, or creating a whole new view that works best for you and your team.
Table view options are available on the Inventory, Discovery, and GRC tabs of the Brandle Presence Manager. Each tab has different default views set and each tab has different columns you can select to view or hide. Learn how to select views here.
To get started using Brandle, you will first work within the Discovery tab and table. The Discovery table has a default view called "Status" which shows the main identity elements of your social media or domain names. However, that view only shows the core identity elements. You can also use the "Customize" menu to expose the Location, Last (update), and Audience (size) fields. The Location information can help you clarify if a POP is yours. The Last and Audience information can tell you how important it is to process this POP right now.
As indicated above, you can also use the "Tags and Contacts" view to see which tags or people have been associated with a POP (e.g. via a Reach Campaign/Form).
When you work within the Inventory tab, you will see that you have several predetermined Views to select, or you can customize your View by adding/hiding columns with the Customize View option.
Within GRC, you can use the Filter button to populate the table with specific information, and you can chose a predetermined View or Customize View to add/hide columns.
