Welcome to Brandle! Soon, your web and social media governance practice will be centrally managed and monitored with many automated features to help you mitigate digital risks inherent in business today.
Here at Brandle, we’ve tried to make it as easy as possible to discover, inventory, monitor and patrol your digital footprint around the world. We have designed the system to be customizable in order to meet your needs. When the Brandle/Customer relationship begins, we are here with you helping you have a positive on-boarding experience and early training sessions. However, we know that Brandle is a big SaaS solution that has a lot of possibilities — all depending on how you customize it — so this Getting Started section and the FAQ is always here to help guide you through the process.
Our Recommended Onboarding Process to Brandle will help you set-up the Brandle Presence Manager so you can work with your global team members the way you need to work and view your data the way you want to view it! Continue learning about Brandle by reading (practicing) the articles in the Administrators section of Getting Started and in the feature details in the FAQ.
Remember that your Brandle strategy matters, but you can always add to it and change it to improve your governance process. When you begin, design a process and a key strategy that makes the most sense for you to consistently manage across the company. Then add to that strategy once you learn the power of Brandle and how you can use Brandle to improve your digital risk management. Think about what reports you'd like to generate and KPI charts you'd like to view and work backwards to apply the best strategy. Then report on your successes!
What is a POP or POPs? Throughout the Brandle Help Center, FAQ and Training, we use the term POP for Point-of-Presence. This is our general and all-encompassing term for an account, page, domain, website, board, etc. The plural is POPs for Points-of-Presence. It is an easy way to refer to any item, group of items, or your entire list of what is in a table. The Discovery, Inventory and GRC tabs all have tables of POPs.
