An entity's inventory is divided into two (2) sections: Corporate Property and Third-Party Property. Third-party property are those POPs which belong to other entities (i.e. people or other businesses) which are relevant to the corporate brand presence. These POPs may be removed from the entity's inventory when the relationship with that third-party is terminated (e.g. when an employee leaves the company).
Even POPs which represent an employee are usually considered to be third-party property unless an agreement is in place between employer and employee that states otherwise.
Generally speaking, corporate property are those POPs (domains, websites and social media) which represent the corporate, its brands, products, teams, divisions, campaigns, etc. and thus belong to the company. These POPs will remain in the corporate inventory even when the employee(s) who created and/or manage them leave the company.
