What does the Brandle Ambassador Service entail?

The Brandle Ambassador Service provides Brandle customers with a dedicated account manager to provide support and consulting services.

Purchasers of the Brandle Amabassador Service will have one person dedicated to being their lead support person, with a direct telephone number and email address, subject to normal Support Service hours.

Brandle Ambassador Service Hours

Brandle generally provides Brandle Ambassador support from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, except on the following recognized U.S. holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. However, other ambassador hours may be available given the needs and circumstances of a Brandle customer.
