Email Support is available to all Brandle customers. Customers needing help may submit a support request by emailing support@brandle.net or by filling out a form at http://support.brandle.net.
All email/form support requests will be given a ticket number and assigned to a support engineer for handling. Response times may vary based on level of service purchased but Brandle will respond promptly, subject to normal Support Service hours.
