Brandle generally provides telephone support from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, except on the following recognized U.S. holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
