What Support Services does Brandle offer?

Brandle offers a range of support options to its customers:

• Community Forums
• Email Support – a "trouble ticket" system
• Phone Support
• Brandle Ambassador Support – dedicated account manager

Community Forums and Email Support are available to all Brandle customers. Phone and Brandle Ambassador Support is available for purchase separately or as part of select packages.

Support Services are generally available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday-Friday, except on the following recognized U.S. holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
