Brandle offers a set of Community Support Forums to all of its customers on a 24x7 basis via Brandle’s website http://support.brandle.net. The forums are a self-service, technical support community designed to provide an online collaboration experience to find answers to questions, troubleshoot, research products and services, and explore/share best practices.
As a user of the forums, you can track your questions, help other users and also submit your own feature requests.
While we cannot guarantee that a Brandle employee will respond to every request, we do make an attempt to periodically review the forum and provide feedback where possible.
