It is common practice for a corporation to create a library of registered domain names or establish a presence on a social media platform that it does not intend to make active. In many cases, these are just defensive actions to prevent someone else from using that domain or social media handle.
In most cases, the company does not want to see these points-of-presence (POPs) on a regular basis (e.g. in their reports, etc). Additionally, most users will only want to see when a POP the enterprise is actually using is getting stale (e.g. not posting new content) or not conforming to corporate, brand, or regulatory standards. Placing these POPs in Parked allows you to keep them in inventory, but in a place that will not include them in filters and reports for your Active Corporate POPs.
The Brandle Presence Manager allows the company to divide its corporate inventory into two categories: Active and Parked.
