Now that you are familiar with creating Reach Forms and how to edit them, it's time to step you through sending them with a Campaign.
When you create a Reach form, a Campaign is automatically created with the same name. Even though the Campaign is already created, you will want to edit the Campaign messaging so that when you send the Campaign, the messaging to the contact is clear and drives the recipient to act.
Complete Campaign Messaging
Go to the Forms Tab in the Brandle Presence Manager and then the Campaigns sub-tab.
- Select the Campaign name with the Form you will be sending. We will use the BrandPOPs_Tags Form and Campaign as an example. Click on the gear icon for the drop-down menu. Remember, when you create a Form, a Campaign is created with the same name. You can edit the name once you open the Campaign editor.

- Create the Campaign by selecting the Edit Unsent Campaign menu item. Just fill out the dialog boxes with the information you'd like to send. We have pre-populated the text to give you some direction, but in most cases, you will want to customize this messaging to be specific and direct. This message will be sent via email from the Brandle system using your name as the sender.

- Change the Campaign name, complete the email message, change text on the form button, and add a disclaimer. At the bottom of the form, you can also select a Campaign end date if you'd like to terminate the Campaign at a certain time (for example, if you are conducting an audit with a deadline, you would want to include a stop date.) A Campaign stop date does not terminate the Form, but it does deactivate the Campaign. Anyone that tries to reach the Form from a deactivated Campaign will receive an "oops" message from Brandle.
- Send yourself a test email to preview how it will be received by your audience.
- The email will have YOUR LOGO (not the Brandle logo). Because we're using the Brandle corporate account as a demo account, the examples will show our corporate logo.

- If you don't like what you see in your email, just go back and edit your Campaign by selecting the gear icon.
Reach Forms and Campaigns are a great way to augment your Brandle Discovery and have other people apply the Tags and Contacts needed for detailed reporting. What is your strategy for Forms and Campaigns?
