The Brandle Presence Manager sends email messages to entity administrators when it detects a reportable change for the following services:
- Inventory Monitoring (including GRC Monitoring)
- Brand Patrolling
Inventory and Compliance Monitoring
Inventory Monitoring (sometimes referred to as "POP Monitoring") will report changes in the following areas:
- POP Pulse - Reachability
- POP Pulse - Accessibility (OAuth)
- Profile Change Detection plus GRC Criteria Monitoring
Note: Profile Change Detection and GRC Criteria Monitoring are combined since a compliance criteria failure is usually triggered by a profile change.
Brand Patrolling
The Brandle Presence manager will report when Brand Patrol discovers a new point-of-presence for one of the brand identities for which it is enabled. It will only send alerts for new discoveries that are graded Very High, High, Medium or Concerning.
Enabling/Disabling Email Alerts
Individual users cannot enable/disable receiving these alerts unless you speak with your Administrator about altering your email sends attached to your Team Role. If you are an administrator, you may alter these.
