Brandle®, Inc. provides flexible tools for companies to efficiently discover and manage their digital brands, identities, and relationships. The name Brandle stands for Brand + Handle. We wanted to give you an easy way to “get a handle on your brand” and provide you with a central and active repository of digital properties (POPs or point-of-presence).
The Brandle® Presence Manager is a social media governance and web presence management solution. We’ve designed the system to be flexible and to work the way you need to work across your enterprise. So whether the marketing department needs to track POPs for brand standards, Legal needs to audit the web to protect intellectual property, or the Risk Team needs to watch employee POPs for regulatory compliance, Brandle has you covered.
The Brandle Presence Manager focuses on the data and content that is associated with the specific POP. This includes the URL, the full name, any information stated in the social profile (such as descriptions, cover art, avatar), the meta data of the POP (such as audience size and last posting date by owner), and the registrant and date information of a website or domain.
It all starts with your domain name. Brandle first finds corporate-owned domains in the Domain Name System so that it can search the web for social POPs (and other websites) that reference these domains or use the name structure. We call this process Discovery. Then you categorize what Brandle finds and place your POPS in your Inventory.
The Brandle Presence Manager allows you to:
- Discover fraudulent, stale and unknown branded accounts
- Inventory and manage accounts you care about most
- Organize teams around a centralized living inventory
- Monitor accounts, websites and domains for activity and changes
- Tag and report on your social and digital footprint
- Manage Contacts and workflow associated with your digital footprint
- Create a Global Inventory and allow team members access with specific permissions and scope.
The Brandle Presence Manager offers additional options to elevate the management and protection of your digital footprint. These options are the Brand Patrol and GRC (Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance) modules. The Brandle Presence Manager is required to activate the modules. (If you see that the GRC tab or the Patrolled Identities in the Company Tab are greyed out, this means that your company has not licensed these modules.)
Brand Patrol module provides a continuous social media, website, and domain audit based on a consistent patrolling schedule (most commonly a weekly schedule) for specified brands.
GRC module provides additional features to automate a compliance process, search for specific for regulatory or corporate compliance concerns, and tracks the process of compliance and brand standards adherence.
