In this video, we will walk through the process of setting up Issues, applying, and removing Issues. Issues are part of the GRC module. this feature is designed to help you quickly, and accurately mark what needs to be corrected or communicated about a POP. The Issues feature is also a key tool that helps you record your specific compliance process.
Once Issues are set-up, you can use them in two ways:
- You can apply them to a POP and the POP Note will be stamped with the issue to keep a historical record of governance,
- You can apply them to a POP, send the issues with a note to a contact, and keep a historical record of both. Additionally, should the contact respond to the Issues email, their return response will be placed on the Note of the POP.
Setting up Issues is easy, but you do need to think through your governance concerns to design the issues that will work best for you. They can be compliance requirements, brand standards, or concerns to help you process an audit. Many people get started with a handful of Issues, and as they build their governance strategy, they add more later.
