This video is all about creating and applying Criteria in the GRC tab. Criteria are the required standards or conditions you create so that Brandle will automatically look for them, and then tell you which POPs are failing that condition. This saves you time in reviewing and tagging your inventory, as well as ensures that you are informed if a pop goes out of compliance after you’ve already reviewed it.
Criteria can execute three types of automated searches on your POP Inventory.
1. Brandle can search for items within itself, such as ensuring that a contact name is associated with every pop in your corporate iNventory, or that all POPs have a specific type of tag, such as a Business unit tag.
2. Brandle can search within the Profile data of social POPs to find specific text, or to make sure specific text is not present. Brandle can also see the last posting date so you can be alerted when a social POP becomes stale.
3. And finally, Brandle criteria can be set on the posts of Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn POPs to look for specific text and ensure people are posting content with approved language. This last option is available to you only if you have licensed POP Post Governance for GRC.
Let’s take a look at how to create and apply Criteria:
