The Help Center is designed to provide a complete self-service support option for you to search for an article to learn a task, or ask fellow users for solutions to problems. Many of the articles have screenshots to show you specific features. For these screenshots, we have used demo accounts that house the public points-of-presence of public companies and have added our own ideas of governance for these accounts to show you how to perform some work. These companies are not Brandle customers.
The Help Center is made up of two parts: a knowledge base (aka FAQ) and a separate community platform. The community consists of questions and answers organized by topic. Questions can include ideas, tips, or any other community item.
If you're a subscriber to an Enterprise plan and can't find an answer, you can still submit a request via email to support@brandle.net.
